Dynamically changing world requires real estate market professionals the ability to apply advanced mathematics, economics algorithms, management and analysis of information.
Researches, conducted by our department, develop algorithms for the economic evaluation of the effectiveness of investments in construction, improve the methods of analysis of economic indicators of the investment environment, adapting management technology investment project to the conditions of uncertainty and risk.
The results of the researches of the department are constantly being introduced into the educational process, are discussed at scientific conferences, published in scientific journals and are presented to regional and international conferences.
Our students have all the technical and organizational capacity for number of research activities under the control of experienced supervisors. The scientific activity of students is financially encouraged additional scholarships, financing of publications and experiments. The results of student research activities are an important achievement towards the preparation and presentation of final qualifying dissertations and diploma projects.
